TIBETAN SINGING BOWLS: MEDITATE WITH THE SOUND

Sound Therapy Healing

Traditionally the Tibetan singing bowls were hand made with a combination of seven metals and have been hand crafted in the Himalayas for centuries. Singing Bowls create vibrational sounds harmonics at the frequency of "AUM" or "OM". This sound frequency impact the sympathetic nervous system as your brain waves synchronize to the vibration of the bowls, the harmonic vibrations engage the relaxation and slow down the respiratory, brain and heart rate creating a good sense of well being.

 Our body have millions of cells and the simplest way of communicating with the cells are through vibration . External vibration causes a sympathetic resonance in the cells. When tapping a singing bowl placed on the body that have more of 70% of water, the sound transmitted cause the cells to resonate. The sound waves spread as the concentric waves from a stone dropped in a pond of water into a larger and larger circles through blood, flesh, and organs relaxing, harmonizing and energizing them . The cells of the body will receive a gentle massage. Any Sound affects the nervous system the bowl vibration is gentle and soothing to calm the nervous system it can travel to places that you never touch with your hands harmonizing and breaking blockages in mind, body and soul
